Do you have a specific food safety question? We have compiled a list of the Extension Agents and other food resource people around the country and provided their mailing and e-mail addresses. If you have a specific question, contact the appropriate specialist for your state. Generally, we have been able to provide web addresses for extension contact information at the county level as well, in which case, you might start with your local extension office.
