How to Get Free Help

EHSO is a private business that maintains this web site as a free service for the general public. EHSO desires to help answer environmental & safety questions that our site visitors may have, and to do so at no charge.    Obviously, we can respond only by email, unless you arrange to call us.   Please be patient - we will try to answer your questions, but we are volunteers and have our own jobs, families, etc.

1. First - Try to find what you need on the web site - the search engine works pretty well! 

2. If you didn't find it in the search engine (misspelling would cause a miss -  it's amazing how many people spell "HazWoper" "hazzwhopper")    try the table of contents - it's alphabetized. 

3. Finally, if you can't find it on the search engine, use our feed back form http://www.ehso.com/feedback.htm  or  email us at into your email program.  This is the only address we will reply to, as we are getting swamped with 2,000 spam and junk emails a day for mortgage companies, sex aids, scams from Nigeria and the like. We change this address whenever the spammers get hold of it so check back on this page!  When you write us, please provide the following information:

1. your name;
2. an email address to respond to; and
3. your question or request with as much information as you have about it.

We'll try to research it in our spare time and both email you with an answer and add it to the web site.
