Earth 911 News The stated mission of Earth 911 is to empower the public with community-specific resources to improve their quality of life, and to ensure the preservation of our natural resources for future generations. Earth 911 is a comprehensive communication medium for the environment. Earth 911 has taken environmental hotlines, web sites and other information sources nationwide, and consolidated them into one network. Their Newsletter is issued monthly and covers a broad range of environmental topics with a large emphasis on recycling.

- CA Compass (Spring 2004 - present) - The CA Compass is EPA's newsletter for compliance assistance providers. Each issue will focus on a particular theme or topic and will include a calendar of upcoming and past events, contacts and other resources.
- CleanupNews (Winter 1998 - present) - A quarterly published by the Office of Site Remediation Enforcement that highlights hazardous waste cleanup news, policy updates, court cases, technology, events, publications, and more. CleanupNews brings you the latest news about Superfund cleanups, RCRA corrective actions, and other remedial efforts related to underground storage tanks and oil spills. It also highlights policy developments, case studies, technology advances, new resources and publications, court cases, and more.
- The Detector (Jan. 2004 - present) - Newsletter of EPA's Safe Buildings Monitoring and Detection Technology Verification Program.
- Energizing EPA (Jan. 1999 - present) - A newsletter highlighting the Agency's efforts to improve energy and water efficiency at its facilities.
- Enforcement Alert (Aug. 1998 - present) - An electronic newsletter from the Office of Enforcement Compliance and Assurance intended to inform and educate the public and regulated community of important environmental enforcement issues, recent trends and significant enforcement actions. TThe information they contain should help the regulated community comply with environmental laws and applicable regulations.
- Environmental Financial Advisory Board Newsletter (March 2001 - present) - The EFAB provides advice to the Environmental Protection Agency's Administrator and Program Offices on "how to pay" questions for environmental protection.
- Environmental Justice Quarterly (Fall 2002 - present) - Information on EPA's actions and programs related to environmental justice.

- Gulf of Mexico Program Newsletter (May 2002 - present) - Current activities related to the economic and environmental health of the Gulf of Mexico.
- The Monitor (Jan. 2000 - present) - The newsletter of the ETV Advanced Monitoring Systems (AMS) Center.

- Tribal Air (April 2001 - present) - A quarterly newsletter produced by EPA's Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards.
- Tribal Waste Journal (May 2002 - present) - From the Waste Management in Indian Country program, each issue features a different topic and include a kids section. Published annually, EPA's Tribal Waste Journal replaces the Native American Network newsletter.
- Volunteer Monitor (Spring 1993 - present) - The national newsletter of volunteer water quality monitoring.
- Water Talk (May 1997 - present) - Published quarterly by the U.S. EPA Region 10, Water Talk seeks to be a useful tool for those who protect water resources and ecosystems in communities of the Greater Pacific Northwest.
- WaterNews (Jan. 1998 - present) - A weekly on-line publication that announces publications, policies, and activities of the U.S. EPA's Office of Water. A newsletter published by the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS).

Citizens' Report on Brownfields.
In November, 1998, CPEO and the Pacific Studies Center introduced this
newsletter, which disseminates reports and viewpoints on U.S. EPA's
Brownfields program and on economic and environmental issues pertaining to
private sites at which future use is linked to environmental remediation.

Citizens' Report on the Military and the Environment.
- Several times a year CPEO publishes, in conjunction with the Pacific Studies

- The U.S. Department of Energy's State Energy Program (SEP) publishes

- PROACT's bimonthly publication, highlights current environmental issues
affecting the U.S. Air Force, providing information on pollution prevention

- American Indian Environmental Office Update (Feb. 1998 - May 2002) - A quarterly publication from AIEO.
- AMTIC IMPROVE (Jan. 1992 - Jan 1998) - A quarterly publication of the Ambient Monitoring Technology Information Center, which describes events, regulations, and technology relating to the measurement of air pollution.
- Audit Policy Update (Apr. 1996 - Spring 2001) - Published periodically for the Assistant Administrator for Enforcement and Compliance Assurance by its Office of Regulatory Enforcement. The Update is intended to provide information to the public and regulated communities regarding developments under the EPA Audit Policy.
- Coastlines (Fall 1994 - Nov. 2003) - A bi-monthly information about estuaries and near coastal waters from the National Estuary Program.

- Water Quality Criteria and Standards Newsletter (Jan/Feb 1996 - Spring/Summer 2001) - A periodic newsletter about issues affecting water quality standards from the Office of Water's Office of Science and Technology.
- Watershed Events (Summer 1994 - Spring 2001) For interested parties on the development and use of watershed protection approaches.
- US EPA's Pollution Prevention News -This was a great EPA newsletter... so they stopped publishing it in June 1998. It appears as though they have also taken down the back issues. If anyone has an electronic copy, let us know and we'll publish them here! You can still to download back issues (prior to July 1998) here. When the EPA gets around to reviving the newsletter (if it happens; maybe in mid-2007) it will be here
Chemicals in Our Community consolidates two publications originally published by EPA - Chemicals in the Environment: Public Access Information and Chemicals in Progress Bulletin. This new publication is a hybrid of its parent publications.
