EHSO provides free access to the federal US environmental regulations, called "Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations", also known as 40CFR or 40 CFR, and administered by the Environmental Protection Agency, the US EPA. If you know the "Part" number, just scroll down to it.  Or use Ctrl-F to search the page for whatever word you are seeking.

We provides these in two formats, click on the link for the format you prefer: 

  1. HTML - real-time, live direct access to the current regs on the government server, and 
  2. TXT and PDF - current regs, again in real time, but available as a viewable PDF (exact image copy) or as text (which you can then save, download, edit, etc.).  

There's not a big difference between the two formats, but try them both and see which you prefer - it's still the same content, the same rules.
